**The Role**
**Some of your responsibilities are**:
- Day-to-day client communications
- On-boarding clients to Atiom and conducting training sessions
- Upselling and ensuring high client satisfaction on Atiom
- Creating client training materials on the Atiom admin portal
- Identifying opportunities and increasing customer engagement on the Atiom app
- Conducting competitor research with SWOT analysis
- Creating monthly reports based on Atiom data
- Managing client expectations and responding to customer feedback and suggestions
**We are looking for**:
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, PPT/ Keynote experience is a must
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Over 4 years experience in an account management or project management role
- You are expected to have a sales mentality, we don’t expect you to only manage our accounts, but to grow them too
- Strong English communication skills
