**INDUSTRY: CHEMICAL for Personal Care**
**LOCATION: BANGKOK (100% on site - company lab & client site)**
**SALARY: 40,000 - 80,000 THB (open for discussion)**:

- Main responsibilities:_
- Following good lab practices, complying with all company policies & procedures with a specific focus on safety
- Screening raw materials in formulations and generating technical data to support strategy and business growth.
- Formulating and creating new prototypes to support customer projects and concepts.
- Monitoring the stability and quality of all new prototypes in terms of appearance, sensory, compatibility, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Planning for, and performing relevant formula related testing, for both internal and external customer projects.
- Working closely with sales and business development teams to solve challenging technical issues for customers.
- Collaborating internally and externally to ensure timely completion of all technical testing and generating test reports and presentations.
- Understanding the competitive landscape and identifying customer need gaps to help develop the next generation of cosmetic formulations.
- Good inventory & record keeping of, and procurement of raw materials & packaging materials.
- Support marketing activities by producing and shipping of prototype samples for customer events, roadshows, tradeshows.
- Supporting sales and distributor team trainings with prototype demos and presentations
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Cosmetic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in personal care and cosmetics formulating.
- Ability to work independently with proactive working style and quick perception.
- Result oriented with strong passion in solving.
- A high level of thoroughness and attention to details
- Professional written and verbal English skills
- Willingness for occasional travel (5%)
