**Objective**:
Business Intelligence (BI) works with a diverse group of people and across teams, both internal and external. The BI team focuses on identifying the needs to transform BAU processes & workflows in order for FINNOMENA to become the No.1 trusted digital wealth management platform for both customers and our Financial Advisors. You will be responsible for helping businesses leverage data and identify opportunities for improvement, spot trends, as well as recognize potential issues and offer solutions. The aim of this position is to improve efficiency, increasing productivity, and scaling the business.

The ultimate objective of this position is to engineer high impact business ideas and transform them into reality. You will be working under Business Solution team using amoeba working structure, and will report directly to CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Oversee lead front-end journey**:

- At FINNOMENA we use a perfect blend of digital journey and human touch services for our clients. The BI team oversees all stages of lead management system which include,
- 1) Lead sourcing: project and manage lead situation such as lead acquisition, lead onboarding, over/under capacity.
- 2) Lead screening: improve lead screening model to screen high potential lead from lead pool by leveraging state-of-the-art technology and techniques, such as, lead scoring model, create high profile database, big data information, and data mining.
- 3) Lead distribution: assign leads to advisors by employing client segmentation model based on personal needs and preferences, and track post-distribution services.
- Objective: right investor, right advisor
- **Business Intelligence**:

- Analyze business data to improve current business efficiency by using data analytic tools. Identify and seek business opportunity/synergy. Utilize in-depth data analytic skills and data visualization to translate data into decision making.
- Monitor/report/project/analyze fee calculation system, sales incentive programs, fee-sharing scheme for business partners.
- Objective: Data driven strategy
- **Business solution & automation process**:

- Simplify working process by using modern technology architect, focusing on automated operation process improvement. Scalability is the main factor.
- End-to-end working scope: Idea initiation, proof of concept, negotiation, implement solution, tracking & monitor
- Objective: leverage technology to create automation platform.
- **Others upon request.**

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in front-end business units, such as Business Consultancy, Product Development, Project Management, Business Strategy, Impact Team
- Age 28+
- Fluency in Thai and English (business level)
- Self-driven, tech-savvy, with growth mindset
- Experience in Financial/Banking/Insurance industry is a plus

- Experienced in managing a large pool of customers/counterparties with a proven track record of handling Customer Segmentation, finding logic and solution, and business transformation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - ability to establish and manage authentic working relationships with people of all working styles and across age groups to get things done
