Position Summary

This position is to provide data analysis of sales performance as well as business insight analysis, track execution progress, evaluate the effectiveness and come up with improvement plan to enhance business efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

Job Title: Assistant Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics (Mobile Business)

Business Unit: Mobile eXperience (MX)

Department: Category Management & Supply Chain Management (CM&SCM)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and integrate market trend with complexity of data to identify market situation among multiple sources. Analyzing macro-economic trend, market movement, consumer spending, prices/inflation how the economic factors & trends affect the demand for consumer good.
- Track market share compare with target and analyze room for improvement.
- Manage and develop reports by using visualization approach to support business analysis for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional parties to get insight and provide business report for management to identify sales performance, key issues, business opportunities and action plan in daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Initiate actionable insights to address business challenge and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Design process to develop and maintain quality of databases to ensure the optimize data efficiency and quality.
- Be a data center for Trade Marketing, Category Management (CM), Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to solve business challenge and translate into recommendation.

Dealing and interaction with Internal and External Parties

Internal:

- Interact with Business Innovation & Sales to provide channel & product distribution strategy.
- Work with Category Management to identify projected market share and size.

Skills and Qualifications

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field (having working experience in FMCG business is a plus)
- Strong knowledge and having experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in business intelligence tools (Power pivot, Power Query, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Excel VBA is a plus
- Ability to work under strict deadline and develop alternative solutions in compliance with relevant policies and must be very detail-oriented and process driven
- Strong in analytical skill
- Possess Self-motivated, result & customer oriented and service minded
- Good interpersonal skill with excellent communication skill
- Good command in written and spoken in Thai and English

Location: Empire Tower, Sathorn, Bangkok

Working conditions: Work-from-home ( 1 day per a week )
