**Assistant Salesforce Effectiveness Manager**

**Bangkok, Bangkok**

Working with multiple sources, you’ll take raw data and see the picture behind it. Your analysis will help us drive sales, increase margin and invest wisely. You’ll identify new opportunities. You’ll take complex statistics and ensure they make sense to a broader audience. And you’ll tell the story in a way that convinces others to take advantage. Here are scope of responsibility for the task
- Segmentation and Targeting
- Incentive and KPI Analysis - to create and motivate competition environment
- Sales Force Automation - drive system (VEEVA) and tool as well as develop dashboard
- Reporting and Data Analysis - develop data analysis

you’re an expert at analysing data from internal and external sources. You’re highly skilled with Excel and PowerPoint and you love using facts and statistics to develop compelling stories. You’ve close attention to detail, allowing you to spot trends others don’t. Most importantly, you’re an exceptional communicator, able to persuade your colleagues to follow your advice.
