HSBC Wholesale Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of banking services, including business accounts, global liquidity and cash management, global trade and receivables finance as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. Wholesale Client Services is responsible for managing end-to-end client on-boarding activities on behalf of Wholesale Banking Relationship Managers. A team of client onboarding & client management specialists will operate as a globally aligned function managed out of the regional hubs with team members employed locally to provide frontline team with a single framework, governance & accountability for client onboarding.

We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of Case Manager.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Work closely with Relationship Managers through the stages of client due diligence process to determine the requirements and ensure that all requirements are obtained to allow client selection and the onboarding to proceed smoothly and rapidly
- Manage the client experience throughout the onboarding of new to bank clients and maintain the highest standard of excellence in customer service
- Perform the facilitation role effectively, promptly responding to queries, being able to explain the reason for specific requirements, attending to hold-ups and escalations, and providing regular status update
- Be accountable for ensuring that all steps in the onboarding process are completed within the target turnaround time and associated SLAs achieved

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in any related fields
- Solid and proven relevant work experience within Banking and Financial Services industry is a plus
- Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in speaking and written Thai and English is mandatory
