- 1.Generate and up to date employee’s related report e.g. headcount report, salary report, records, employee’s profile, store and maintain employees' personal data and kept in confidence- 2.To be a primary and contact point on any issues relating to employee’s database.- 3.Monitor and recheck online time attendance, overtime, leave.- 4.Operate and control the payroll process for Local and Expatriate to ensure.- 5.Validate payroll report and ensure the accuracy for all transactions.- 6.Validate compulsory reports submit to Provident fund manager, Social Security Office, Revenue Department, 7.Government Housing Bank and Student Loan.- 8.Prepare data, documents, report to internal and external auditor.- 9.Prepare expatriate income tax and submission.- 10.Prepare various HR reporting requirements.- 11.Provide employment letter as requested.- 12.Perform VISA and Work permit process for Japanese employee.- 13.Review compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market in order to ensure competitive package, the effectiveness and aligned with the market practice.- 14.New Employee Benefits Orientation.- 15.Advise to all employees about compensation and benefits- 16.Provide explanation and advice to employee regarding the transaction in payroll.- 17.Assist HR Operation manager to execute and consolidate HR Cost for reporting purpose.- 18.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.- คุณสมบัติ
