- Take responsibilities to manage dispute cases from key regulators, such as Food and Drug Administration, Thai Industrial Standards Institute, Police and etc
- Drive the dispute resolution by understanding business practices and analyzing key relevant factors to propose company’s position statements/ standpoints which are in accordance with the law and industry standards
- Oversee the resolution process and follow up with parties involves to ensure that the dispute has been resolved satisfactorily
- Drive the assessment and development of current control measures e.g. product listing policy to ensure regulatory compliance while promoting business growth
- Serve as a liaison with external organizations on regulatory matters to achieve optimum balance between adhering to legal standards and pursuing company’s directions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Proven ability to analyze complicated information and make sound judgment
- Can-do attitude, flexible, and eager for learning and challenges
- Strong project management skills with an analytical mindset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in Thai and English
