**Job Title**: Docquitycare Program Manager

**Work Experience**: 1 year

**Location**: Bangkok, Thailand

**Academic Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nurse and Healthcare Professional

**Expectations from you**
- Facilitate and support patients, doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and related parties during the Patient Support Program (PSP) journey.
- Assist patients, doctors, and pharmacists on queries related to the supported PAP in the Docquity platform.
- Remind patients to adhere to treatment based on reminder points.
- Monitor patient activities and transactions.
- Guide stakeholders on the program mechanics specified by the Pharmaceutical Program Owner.
- Capture and report adverse events based on patient interactions.

**Skills required**
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Nursing and Healthcare Professional
- Registered and licensed Pharmacist, Nurse, and Healthcare Professional
- With at least one (1) year experience in healthcare if related to Patient Support Program or Health Insurance will be advantage
- Good knowledge and understanding of regulations specifically on local healthcare system
- Has good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has good service mind
