Administrative Officer

For over 30 years, APRIL International Care has been specializing in international health insurance solutions. We design, distribute, and manage insurance plans and assistance services for individuals and businesses. With teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, we look after our members wherever they are to make sure they have access to the best care.
We are a part of the APRIL Group, a global insurance specialist with 2,300 staff in 16 countries.
To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for an Administrative Officer for Claims Department.
- You will have an important role in prioritizing and dispatching the workload amongst the team members._
- You will work under a broader scope with the regional team in a teamwork environment._
- You will gain time management and efficient communication with your excellent administrative skills._
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Request missing documents from clients/providers.
- Scan documents and input data in the system in a timely manner.
- Handle payment reports and check the inbound and outbound information. Keep track of payments paid to both clients and providers.
- Assist with other administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Thai nationality.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Having experience as administrative support preferably in an international company would be a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and reliable.
- Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail.
