**About The Role**

**Position: Assistant **Marketing** Manager**

**Report to: Brand and Marketing Communications Manager**

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Marketing to join our marketing team You will be reporting to the Brand and Marketing Communications Manager and your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing and future customers by driving strategy via Campaign (Offline & Online) and generating conversion to Sales and Branding to CARSOME Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan a holistic marketing campaign to ensure marketing and sales targets are met in both Offline and Online channels.
- Focus on generating qualified leads and increasing customer conversions.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycles.
- Data-driven. Highly proficient in utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics to analyze and present data.
- Support the Brand and Marketing Communications team in developing and overseeing the implementation of Campaign Marketing strategies.
- Supervise the overall operation of offline activation productions with organizers and ensure that expense is spent effectively within budget. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties from end to end.
- Plan holistic marketing campaigns, latest trends, and best practices to ensure marketing and sales targets are met.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Analyze all ongoing campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget.
- Promotional ideas, media planning, and agency management.
- Conduct market research activities on product/ service concepts to gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
- Other duties to be assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Thai nationality only.
- Minimum 3-year experience in Campaign management, Offline activation management, and Digital marketing.
- Preferably background in E-commerce retail business, Online marketplace, FMCG, Telecommunications, or any fast-moving industry.
- Strong effective communication with all parties ranging from top management to the ground and being able to influence all. Good negotiation skills with a positive attitude.
- End-to-end project management skills. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing and sales campaigns.
- Excellent in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong Commercial acumen and Data analysis skills and drive for results.
- Acute business sense and well-honed financial sensitivity (P&L, ROI).
- Must be proficient in English and Thai.

**Key Result Area (KRAs)**:

- Increase organic web traffic.
- Increase the MAU of the CARSOME app.
- Increase leads from all channels.
- Hold the Moving Exhibitions.

**Working Hours**: 5 days a week (9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
**Location**: The PARQ (Nearby MRT Queen Sirikit)
