**Position Summary**:
The Assistant Manager, Marketing is responsible for Brand, PR and Digital-based marketing activations in Thailand. He/she will develop marketing programs, with an emphasis on driving execution excellence, campaign and media management, retail marketing solutions and measurement of KPIs. He/She is required to work closely with the Wholesale function and act as the go-to-market (GTM) champion for their respective campaigns.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Lead all the GTM brand strategies and sports initiatives, focusing on categories like basketball, training, running, and more.
- Identify, execute, and oversee marketing calendars, content, and activities in line with global and local strategies.
- Maintain communication and manage PR agencies, below-the-line agencies, and strategic alliance partners for marketing plan execution.
- Responsible for all digital channels, ensuring their alignment with the marketing plan and actively managing the activities.
- Deliver brand-related and product evaluation content across global digital communication channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with regional colleagues to develop and implement local market brand ambassadors and influential figures in sports to enhance the brand's presence.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, brand standards, and knowledge of social media best practices to formulate an effective influencer marketing strategy and roll-out plan.
- Recruit, book, brief and manage collaboration with influencers, brand ambassadors, and media on paid, earned own media/PR campaigns.
- Handle post-campaign analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns in a timely manner and drive improvement for further launches.
- Coordinate with the Regional team to establish/adapt processes for scaling the Influencer marketing practice and other brand activation.
- Keep up with social platform changes and ensure compliance with global requirements, brand, and platform restrictions.
- Lead all aspects of timelines and onsite operations, content collection, approvals, and timely posting of all influencer content and brand activation to ensure the success of every campaign.
- Manage, report and control marketing expenditure in relation to budgets agreed upon.
- Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:

- Strong English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Great passion and interest in sports and cultural trends is a must.
- Proven track record of building, managing, and maintaining healthy internal partner and client relationships
- Positive thinking with a fun and can-do attitude, flexible, and a good team player who is eager to learn and create.
- Self-driven, proactive, and forward-thinking in nature and take accountability for his/her work.
- Strong project management skills: organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms, specifically Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- A sincere and contagious passion for building Under Armour and a fit with our cultural values.

**Education And / Or Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Sports Retail business, and customer engagement in related departments.
