**Marketing Manager**:
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is a joint venture company with its presence in Thailand since 2007. With over 125 years of teaching experience, Le Cordon Bleu successfully achieves its mission of transmission and influence of French gastronomy through its network of 35 campuses, located in 20 countries. The Marketing Manager** position at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively promote Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Thailand's culinary programs, events, and offerings. The Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the brand's identity, driving brand awareness, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance, and generating leads to support student recruitment efforts.
**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key duties and responsibilities)**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Thailand's culinary programs, events, and offerings. This includes identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and developing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences. Analyze data and insights to develop effective marketing strategies that align with Le Cordon Bleu Dusit's goals and target market. Identify opportunities and recommend innovative marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Define marketing objectives: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish clear marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in line with the organization's overall vision and mission.
- Target audience identification: Identify and define target audience segments based on demographics, psychographics, and market research. Develop buyer personas to inform marketing strategies and ensure targeted messaging and campaigns.
- Brand positioning and messaging: Define the unique value proposition of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit and develop a compelling brand positioning strategy. Craft clear and consistent messaging that resonates with the target audience and effectively communicates the brand's offerings and benefits.
- Marketing budget management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the marketing budget effectively. Allocate resources strategically to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives and ensure the budget aligns with the defined marketing objectives.
- Performance tracking and optimization: Establish metrics and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Regularly monitor key performance indicators, conduct A/B testing, and use data insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve marketing objectives.

- Multiple target audiences: Le Cordon Bleu Dusit caters to diverse target audiences, including aspiring culinary professionals, food enthusiasts, and industry professionals. The Marketing Manager needs to develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively resonate with each audience segment, addressing their unique needs and interests.
- Managing vendor relationships: The Marketing Manager may collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for various marketing initiatives. Building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with these stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are met, and managing budgets effectively can pose challenges.
- Evolving digital landscape: The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving, with emerging platforms, technologies, and trends. **Qualification**:
