Grab for Business (GfB) is the B2B team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with a wide network of companies across the region and want to ensure that Grab’s business solutions contribute to the growth and success of all companies across the region
**Get to know the Role**:
You'll join the Inside Sales team to achieve our business goals as per below activities
**The day-to-day activities**:
- Achieve inside sales team monthly and quarterly quota
- Perform regular call out to leads and offer Grab for Business solutions, and GrabGifts
- Provide reports to Asst. Manager regularly and/or as requested
- Identify and close opportunities within the self-serve accounts
- Enter lead information and convert in Salesforce
- Build rapport with customers within the tele business environment, and ensure assigned accounts are being serviced properly
- Upsell solutions to existing GfB client base
**The must haves**:
- At least 6 months working experience in a tele business / telesales environment
- Good command in English (both written and verbal)
- Basic Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt, etc.) and GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) skills
- Prior experience in handling corporate clients in Singapore, Malaysia and / or the Philippines is preferred
- Comfortable to start with a contract role first
