**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals and objectives of the FMCG manufacturing organization.
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to understand business needs, anticipate HR requirements, and proactively address workforce challenges.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent for various roles within the manufacturing facility.
- Oversee employee development programs, including training, performance management, and career progression, to enhance individual and organizational capabilities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment, enhance morale, and boost productivity.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, aligned with industry standards, and promote employee retention.
- Lead efforts to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and provide guidance on complex HR matters.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, while fostering a culture of open communication and respect.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to promote a workplace that values and respects individual differences.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continually enhance HR policies and practices.
- Prepare and present HR reports and updates to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR analytics.
