- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and Head of Strategy & CEO’s Office, for matters pertaining to strategic communications covering CIMB Thai’s strategic direction, key initiatives and financial performance to internal and external stakeholders e.g CEO Town Hall, press releases, Annual Report, leadership/ executive meetings
- Closely collaborate with multiple business units across CIMB Thai and CIMB Group counterparts to ensure smooth execution of tasks, while also acting as a bridge between CIMB Thai staff and the CEO especially on other adhoc-related tasks as and when required
- Project manage and monitor execution of selected strategic, high-impact projects from CIMB Thai’s Forward23+ strategy roadmap in areas of Wealth Management, Cost Optimization, Sustainability etc. e.g. develop project charter, set project cadence, coordinate project meetings and track execution progress
- Provide research support, data analysis and market assessments to stay up-to-date on industry trends and present findings in relevant leadership meetings/ forums
- Collaborate closely with CIMB Group counterparts especially Group Strategy to provide key updates pertaining to CIMB Thai’s progress on key Forward23+ initiatives / projects at key management committee meetings at CIMB Group
- Debottleneck challenges, brainstorm solutions and coordinate forum for discussion together with project stakeholders and team members on a weekly basis or as and when required during the project duration

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma or any project management qualification are an added bonus
- More than 1 year work experience in project management, consulting, strategy or any relevant areas
- Experienced working in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Profficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Is familiar with project management tools and templates such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Google Sheets etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple departments and teams
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to learn from multiple stakeholders and project partners
- Able to work as a team player and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and project deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to provide management/ senior leadership with informed recommendations and suggestions
- Adaptable and willing to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment especially in adapting to working styles of both CEO and Head of Strategy & CEO’s Office
