**Summary**:
The IT Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to internal employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity problems, and responding to user inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. The IT Helpdesk Analyst will document issues, escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support, and contribute to the development of user guides and technical documentation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Level 1 - End User Support**:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** Unlock User Account**:

- Perform account unlocks via in-person, phone call, or Teams message.
- ** Reset Password**:

- Conduct password resets in-person or via phone after confirming with the user's manager, supervisor, or HR.

**Level 2 - General IT Support**:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** General IT Troubleshooting**:

- Resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues as reported by users.
- ** General IT Requests**:

- _ Hardware Move/Relocation_: Assist in the relocation of laptops and desktops, setup of dual monitors, and configuration adjustments as necessary.
- _ SOE Imaging and Preparation_: Utilize PXE imaging or USB imaging for faster deployment; manage batch file installations and drive encryption using BitLocker.
- _ Mobile Device Management_: Deploy and troubleshoot mobile phones and tablets, primarily Android and some iOS devices using Intune.
- _ Active Directory Management_: Add or remove users from security groups, and manage the creation of new security groups for organizational resources.
- ** Printer Support**:

- Conduct general troubleshooting for various printer brands like Fuji Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, and Brother MFC.

**Level 3 - Advanced Technical Support**:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** Network or Power Issues**:

- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment in communication rooms across multiple locations (e.g., Bangkok and Songkhla). Equipment includes PDUs, network switches, patch panels, servers, ISP devices, and UPS systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the 100mbps fiber internet connections at all facilities.
- ** System Downtime**:

- Engage Calgary Corporate Support for region-wide or enterprise-wide issues after confirming similar problems in other branches.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of working experience in IT support, client services, or a related role.
- Experience in network troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
- Experience working in an international team environment.
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

**Physical Requirement**:
Ability to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
