- Business Performance and Annual Buget (Planing, Monitoring and Analysis)
- Marketing Strategy, Marketing Plan and Execution
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize business performance and credit management processes.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Evaluating creditworthiness of customers and establishing credit limits.
- Managing the credit control function and ensuring timely collections.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economic, supply chain or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Proven experience in business performance and credit management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
