**Job Description**:
The Strategic Planner plays a crucial role in an advertising agency by providing strategic direction and insights for advertising campaigns. This position involves understanding clients' business objectives, target audience, and market trends to develop effective advertising strategies. The Strategic Planner collaborates with various teams within the agency to create integrated and impactful campaigns that meet clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and market positioning. Conduct meetings and discussions to gather insights and develop a deep understanding of clients' needs.
- Market Research: Conduct extensive research on industry trends, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitors' strategies. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies relevant to advertising and marketing.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with clients' objectives. Identify target audience segments, key messaging, and positioning strategies to differentiate clients' brands in the market.
- Consumer Insights: Utilize research findings and data analysis to uncover consumer insights and identify opportunities for effective communication. Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and creative briefs.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with creative, account, and media teams to develop integrated advertising campaigns. Provide strategic guidance throughout the creative development process to ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of advertising strategies. Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the strategic rationale behind advertising recommendations. Create comprehensive reports to communicate campaign performance and key insights.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and advertising best practices. Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events to enhance knowledge and share insights within the agency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or similar role in an advertising agency or related industry.
- Deep understanding of advertising principles, market research techniques, and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in using research and analysis tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients.
