- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:

- As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to ensure sustainable customer loyalty, and achieve business objectives.**Responsibilities**:

- Your core responsibilities in this role will include:

- Planning: Playing a key role in long-term planning, and leading initiatives to promote operational excellence. You will also be responsible for tactical hub planning, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources such as manpower, equipment, and space, to align with the fluctuation of weekly and monthly volumes.
- Reporting: Regularly meeting with the VP of Operations to discuss fiscal planning, and monitoring and updating hub operational performance in terms of service, cost, productivity, and efficiency. You will also establish and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly hub performance reports to track service, productivity, efficiency, and cost.
- Analyzing: Analyzing issues and working closely with the country team to develop corrective and preventive solutions. You will also handle customer complaints and feedback with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Optimizing: Improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission. This includes supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.

**Job Requirements**
- Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the logistics or hub/courier working environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines as a team member, self-motivated, and able to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Excellent computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate daily hub activities and processes, with a strong commitment to getting the job done.
- Hard-working attitude with a strong sense of integrity.
