**Company Description**
Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business. We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
- Undertake sales and marketing activities to achieve pre-set targets.
- Maintain existing customer revenue and identify new potential customers in related industries.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into accounts.
- Report weekly on inquiries, lapsed and lost customers, and new targets to the sales leader.
- Accurately input sales pipeline data and manage sales contract information in Salesforce (CRM system).
- Support Finance in following up on payments and resolving bad debt customers.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Periodically review and update job responsibilities with the leader.

**Qualifications**
- University bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ high-energy sales experience in and managing multiple customers, with skills in cross-selling and up-selling and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in relevant industry sectors or brands is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective negotiation skills and proactive customer handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality, enthusiasm, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
