Purpose: Accomplishes sales marketing and promotional activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plan to motivate sales and marketing functions to achieve the target as set for ISS and DCS departments.
- Generate sales leads based on manufacturing/retail industry and optimize through ATL and BTL.
- Work together well with department heads to manage cross-functional teams effectively to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
- Produce marketing proposal or presentation based on specific solution by industry for Sales personnel.
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, monitoring, and analyzing sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, including working with sales/ business development to forecast projected business and establish targeted market share.
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate merchandising, marketing collateral and trade promotion programs, including inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video clips, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with technology partners, business partners, sales departments, and advertising agencies.
- Execute and lead planning and execution of tradeshow, conferences, seminars, event, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Together with Product Marketing, provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff and customers.
- Assist in maintaining good rapport with key accounts and industry organizer councils by making periodic contacts, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to the management to create effective sales tools.
- Manage product price list and conduct break even analysis (Partners’ Discounts), make recommendations and proposals to management.
- Oversee and maintain customer databases via Salesforce CRM, including the lead generation reports.
- Ensure availability of marketing materials and source files.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience Marketing management/Sales & Marketing
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis and Understanding
- Skills of Marketing & Positioning, Client Relationships, Project management, Copywriting, and Product launching & planning
- Software/Platform:

- Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- CRM software (Salesforce)
- Video editing
- Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Social media (Facebook Business, LinkedIn Business)
- Good command of English (Frequently present in English to Japanese MD)
