Evaluate data discovery solutions and collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to establish data discovery platform and infrastructure required to support data discovery initiatives.
Perform data discovery and set initial classifications and categorizations to build an inventory of data assets.
Work with related stakeholders e.g. data owners, system owners, IT to ensure metadata and definitions are clearly defined (context descriptions, owners, classification, etc.) and integrate with data inventory tool.
Define indicators to give visibility of data risks and compliance with data related laws, policies and standards.
Regularly audit and update data inventory to reflect accurate and up-to-date information on a quarterly basis.
Deliver management report or assigned tasks on overall data risks as required.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree or higher in Information Management, Computer Science, MIS, IT or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, data management, or related fields.
Proficient in data analysis and data quality assessment techniques and methodology.
Experience in data discovery, curation, classification, categorization, lineage, labelling and/or tagging.
Experience working with semi-structured and unstructured data at large scale.
Certifications in data governance, data management, or related fields (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
