HR Generalist, Southeast Asia, Laem Chabang, Thailand.

Are you keen on exploring to be HR professional for multi-countries in Asia Pacific?

We are a dynamic and highly cohesive HR team and seeking for a talented HR professional to join our team as HR Generalist. This position will be based in Laem Chabang, Thailand.

As a key business partner, you will be taking care of HR operations for Thailand and Vietnam for sales, services, operations, and back office.

You will dedicate to full HR operations of above assigned countries supported by HR Manager, Southeast Asia to ensure professional, effective and lean whole life cycle of employee related matters.

You will be responsible for below key responsible areas for assigned countries.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Compensation & Benefit management
- Payroll management
- Employee engagement and performance management
- Talent development, learning and training.
- HR Administration
- Support on work permit management for expatriate and short-term assignee or project.
- Legal compliance and well-being.

You will also have opportunity to lead or participate in Asia Pacific HR development projects and initiatives to make a difference on Asia Pacific scale. Your future wider role can be drawn by your hands.

This is not a back-office job, so you should enjoy interacting and serving customers. You will be professionally providing, advising, and coaching the line managers and employees.

You will report to HR Manager, SEA.

Hands-on attitude is needed, and you need to be able to organize your own work. In our team, it is important that you are an honest and a reliable team player as well as willing to learn and do new things.

You should have at least bachelor's degree from a relevant field of studies and have preferably at least 4 years of work experience within the Human Resources field from multi-national organizations, understanding Thailand Labor Laws is a must.

Because we work in a global company, you should be a strong communicator (written and verbal) not only in Thai but also in English, and Chinese is benefit. If you have background of service engineering and operation / production is very benefit.

If you are equipped with HRIS (Workday), it will be your credit. It doesn’t hurt if you are a wizard with other HR systems, Microsoft office tools or social media because they are important part of our life. You should also enjoy occasional travelling. You must learn other country labor laws inventively and if you have experienced with Vietnam is really benefit.
