Responsibility:

- Educate the market about the company’s products and services effectively.
- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by ensuring competitiveness and innovation.
- Maximize the potential of the sales team.

- Manage the entire client brief process, from initial inquiry to site visit.

- Manage the entire project process, from brief to handover to Operations, and remain the main point of contact for the client throughout.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
- 10-12 years of experience in account handling/sales or project management, preferably in event or construction-related industries.
- Demonstrated success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to lead the sales process from planning to closure.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
