The HR Executive is responsible for managing human resources activities with a strong focus on compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role involves overseeing employee relations, recruitment, and the implementation of HR policies to support the company's operations, alongside managing administrative functions.

**HR & Admin Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The HR & Admin Executive will take a proactive role in managing human resources activities, with a strong emphasis on compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation. This position is key in maintaining a productive and positive work environment while handling various administrative functions to support our expanding operations in Thailand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead administrative functions such as company registration, licensing, and branch establishment in Thailand.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with external parties, including local government, enhancing the company's public image.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including compensation and benefits programs, incentive programs, and payroll processing.
- Handle employee grievances effectively, providing guidance on labor law compliance and HR best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company’s goals and support a positive workplace culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Strong command of English.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
