As a SPA Therapist at our esteemed Wellness Hotel and Yoga Retreat, you will play a pivotal role in providing our guests with rejuvenating and healing spa experiences. Your passion for wellness, exceptional skills in various spa treatments, and dedication to delivering personalized care will contribute to the overall well-being and relaxation of our guests. **Responsibilities**:
Spa Treatments:
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, scrubs, and other holistic therapies based on your skills.

Customize treatments based on guests' individual needs, preferences, and any health considerations.

Maintain a high level of technical expertise in all offered treatments and ensure they are executed with the utmost care and professionalism.

Guest Relations:
Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests throughout their spa journey.

Offer warm and friendly interactions, ensuring guests feel cared for and valued during their stay at the retreat.

Hygiene and Sanitation:
Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe spa environment for both guests and staff.

Ensure that treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized and properly maintained.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with other wellness professionals, such as yoga instructors and nutritionists, to provide integrated wellness programs and services.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and stay up-to-date with new treatments and techniques.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a SPA / Massage Therapist

Proficiency in a wide range of spa treatments and therapies, including various massage techniques. Skills for abdominal massage is a plus.

Knowledge of holistic wellness practices and a commitment to promoting guests' overall well-being.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a genuine connection with guests.

Certification or licensure in relevant spa therapies from a recognized institution.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as per the demands of a wellness hotel and yoga retreat.

**Benefits**:

- Salary range from 13000 - 20000 THB, depend on skills
- Hotel Service Charge
- 20% commission from net price of each treatment provided
- 6/1 Working Week, 8hrs + 1 hr lunch
- Public holidays and vacation as per thai labor law
- Social security paid by the company
- Staff meals
- Uniform

**Salary**: ฿13,000.00 - ฿20,000.00 per month
