We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our residential property team. The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies for our residential properties. The role requires a strong understanding of the residential property market, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Assistant Marketing Manager will collaborate with various departments to execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze data to optimize marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies for residential properties to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to create comprehensive marketing plans and budgets.
- Conducting market research to identify target markets, trends, and the competitive landscape within the residential property sector.
- Coordinating the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and advertisements.
- Supporting the organization and execution of property launches, open houses, and other promotional events.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Maintaining and updating the company's website and online property listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral and provide marketing support to drive conversions.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Assisting in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks, including budget management, project coordination, and administrative duties.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the residential property sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and residential property market trends.
