**Job responsibilities**:
Accurately monitor Fixed Asset and Asset Under Construction (AUC) / Construction Work in Progress (CWIP) in the system (SAP) to ensure strict compliance of accounting policies and procedures. All locations to be handled, excluded Marketing Equipment under MEM Policy.
Performs and monitor finance lease transaction to ensure strict compliance of accounting policies and procedures with accuracy and timeliness.
Monitoring end to end of lease contract including renewal to ensure that the accounting recognition is complete as well as to support cost center owner in AOP setup.
Coordinate with Operations Finance and Cost Center owners of Fixed Assets to gain the insightful information for performing capitalization of fixed assets on monthly basis.
Perform Month-end Closing for Fixed Asset module in the system (SAP) including accurately capitalization of fixed assets and AUC.
Ensure that monthly accounts reconciliations for fixed assets and finance lease are completed within timeline.
Complete monthly reports of fixed assets and finance lease for management use.
Lead Fixed Asset Tagging for all new items and update Fixed Asset Catalogue accordingly.
Ensure Fixed Asset Physical count and reconciliation with action plans to agree balance between physical count and book completed with support from Plant Finance Manager, Engineer, Operations Finance, Cost Center owners, and Controller on bi-annual basis.
Coordinate with external auditor in Fixed Asset area.
Perform Ad Hoc tasks regarding Fixed Assets as assigned by Costing and Excise Tax Manager.

**Skill and Experience**:
Bachelor degree in related field (preferable in Accounting).
Minimum 3 years experiences in related function.
Good understanding of the Local Laws and Regulations, International Accounting Standards as well as company policy.
Good communication (Thai & English).
Good computer literature in Microsoft office.

**Job skills required**: Finance, English, SAP, Thai, Compliance
