2. Analyze and verify the correctness of accrual capex, depreciation, asset retirement and impairment transactions
3. Maintain fixed asset internal control and the evidence to support the control are operating effectively and in accordance with the company's internal control are operating effectively and in accordance with the company's internal control integrated framework
4. Manage month end closing process to ensure to meet the timeline and accuracy - in part of CAPEX
5. Prepare physical count schedules, coordinate with relevant department including follow up the results to ensure all procedure align with the fixed asset policy
6. Review criteria of Property Plant and Equipment (PPE), ROU and intangible assets
7. Develop and implement accounting process related to fixed asset
8. Responsible as a Project team member to improve fixed asset managing process and cleansing existing fixed asset data
9. Any other ad-hoc related reporting as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications.
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting is required or MBA qualifications are a plus
2. At least 10 years experiences in Accounting and Financial
3. At least 5 years experiences in Fixed Asset
4. Good knowledge of Accounting Standard and Tax Law
5. Working knowledge of ORACLE software will be a plus
6. Good command in English skill and computer Literacy in MS Office (particularly Excel)
7. Ability to handle multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadline.
