- Manage a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation fixed assets of write off, closure store and scrap selling.
- Manage asset warehouse for all brands and related JV for Group.
- Cost negotiate and control for fixed assets of write off, closure store and scrap selling.
- Manage tag numbers/QR code program to fixed assets.(New Store, Renovate, Closure and Write Off)
- Prepare and review financial report related to fixed assets of new store, relocation store, renovation store and closure store
- Reconcile fixed assets with related fixed assets general ledger, and coordinate any variances with relevant fixed assets accounting.
- Manage fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
- Track and reconcile the retention release of project into each warranty period, and close out those accounts once projects have been completed warranty.
- Manage audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
- Work with department that concerned to get the useful life for depreciation and scrap selling of assets that are comply with the company’s policy and accounting standards.
- Manage monthly reconciliations and summary report for retention release accounts in payable accounting system.
- Manage with the approval process for scrap selling transaction with proper process throughout Revenue Department.
- Manage financial activities and details, such as retention release to ensure that all bills are paid and release is correct.
- To responsible for general Head function administrative and secretarial duties.

**Qualifications**

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and computer literate
- Strong skills in driving for results
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong skills in people management and development.

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance & Accounting or Construction or Project Management

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years direct experience in procurement/purchasing.
- Background from fixed asset management would be a plus.
