1. Sourcing and liaising with venues to arrange meetings and conferences

2. Organizing conference requirements

3. Organizing logistic for guest/ participants to events including flights

and other requirements

4. Collating, distributing agreement or any relate document

5. Create PR/PO

6. Create customer account and handle with documentation

7. Payment procedures

8. Ensuring compliance of dawn raid procedures as refer to reception role

**Qualification**:
1. Computer literate (MS Office - Words, Excel, Outlook)

2. Able to handle pressure and difficult situation

3. Work under time constraints and ability to prioritize work

4. Self-motivated, good service minded and team work oriented

5. Attention to detail and problem solving skills

6. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
