- ** Job Description**:

- Spare part Management: Manage received spare part list from customer.
- Checking and Calculation: Have to check all of concerned document (ex. invoice, PO, shipping document) and precisely calculate the pricing.
- PO Management: Manage the received PO from customer : registration, preparation and follow up tasks.
- Issue with Customs: Able to provide all documentary if Customs request for clarification.
- Problem Solving : If there is a missing part case, able to push and follow up all concerned parties to solve the problem
- Communication: Have to directly contact to our customer for smooth operation.
- Handle other duties related to the function upon request. (ex. travel arrangement, shipping and administration)
- ** Requirement**:

- Male or Female, Age 23-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Experiences in related fields between 1-5 years
- Age : 23-30 years old.
- Computer abilities in MS Office and SAP
- Good Command in English (TOEIC: 700 and above)
- Experiences in multicultural company is preferable.
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 9.00 ~ 18.00
- ** Holiday**:

- Saturday, Sunday
- Public Holidays (Government)
