Service Coordinator

Our client is the leader in digital camera products and the medical equipment mini-lab industry.
- Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers.
- Creating and maintaining a directory of service providers and resources.
- Creating and maintaining a database of clients and client needs.
- Assessing client issues and providing recommendations to fix problems.
- Ensuring each client is given the necessary services and follow-up to fill ongoing service needs.
- Maintaining good relationships with service providers and clients to keep a customer base.
- Expanding the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services.
- Developing a resource directory of local social service agencies and providers for easy access.
- Advocating for adequate, timely, and cost-effective services and responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of services.
- Scheduling appointments for clients, answering phones, and tracking clients' service records.
- Monitoring the services being provided and staying up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued.
- Following up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction.
- Responding to complaints and resolving issues or matching clients with better services.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrator, Arts, or any related field.
- Experienced in Reception or Customer Service for more than 1 year.
- Knowledge of camera products will be an advantage.
- Must have a service mind, coordinator, and initiative.
- Proactive, well-organized, can-do attitude, good manner, and positive attitude.
- Customer-oriented with experience in negotiation and problem-solving.
