**Responsibilities**:

- Being responsible for overall marketing and sales strategy for China market to meet the company's goal.
- Being responsible for identifying and developing new markets and segments in China, and developing a marketing plan.
- Being responsible for total brand management (Sub-brand, trademark register, product line-up strategy, NPD).
- Being responsible for China E-Commerce, corporate with the sales team and client (distributor) to set effective sales strategy and implementation.
- Establishing mid-long-term plan, budget, and PL with the manager.
- Coordinating at the strategic level with other functions of the organization (Sales, Client, Agency).
- Performing miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Male or Female.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA, or other related fields.
- More than 3-5 years in the marketing field in the FMCG business is preferred.
- Good background in food science, and product development.
- Having experience in product & brand management.
- Experience in international business is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Good command of the Chinese language are preferred.
- Active and skilled in interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Good analysis, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, able to work well under pressure, and be a team spirit.
- A frequent overseas business trip is accepted.
