We are currently looking for an energetic, outgoing and detail-oriented
**Assistant Marketing Manager** who will be in charge of the development and implementation of 360° marketing communications and PR plan based in Bangkok, Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans as well as overseeing overall marketing spending.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of 360° marketing communications and PR plans/campaigns/projects.
- Define the campaign key message, artwork direction, target audience, as well as campaign goals to give a clear brief to in-house creative and local agencies
- Copywriting and content creation for all publications (for internal and external)
- Ensure that all information is up-to-date on every platform, including Brand social media channels, website and in-app.
- Develop a wide range of communication materials such as print, signage, social media posts and videos.
- Facilitate and organize marketing activities such as marketing events, photoshoots, video shoots, and brief communication team, production houses, and internal teams and supervise the production process to produce all campaign materials.
- Manage campaign budget and execution timeline
- Responsible for creating monthly marketing communication and PR reports.
- Coordinate and support other various projects and activities as assigned by Marketing Manager
- Represent the team in absence of the Marketing Manager

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in marketing communication and media planning
- Experience working in startups or/and fast-paced organizations would be an advantage.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Strong communication and organizational skills who can guide decision-making and alignment between parties toward a delightful art while achieving business goals.
- Mature, good team player, and flexible with an open mind attitude.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen on details and hands-on for execution.
- Fluent in Thai and English both verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
