**Business Growth**:

- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the company's presence in the F&B industry.
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities, including partnersชสhips, collaborations, and client acquisitions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

**New Business Development**:

- Prospect and onboard new clients, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and other F&B establishments.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business deals.

**Market Expansion**:

- Identify new market segments and geographical areas for expansion.
- Analyze the feasibility of entering new markets and develop strategic plans for market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth entry into new markets.

**Sales Performance**:

- Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to optimize sales performance.
- Industry Events and Networking:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and foster business relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, leveraging these connections for business growth.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or higher.
- Proven experience (5 years) in business development or sales roles within the F&B industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the F&B market, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
