We’re now operating in 3 countries (Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore) with an international team of 50+ people.

**Position Summary**

The Sales Executive directly contributes to revenue growth at Gogoprint. You will look after a

pool of elite customers, with whom you will nurture a strong relationship by anticipating and

serving their needs and providing valuable support and advice.

**Your Responsibilities**

Key Account Management
- Regularly check in with your key accounts to explore their current and future needs, and gather their requirements
- Build and maintain a close relationship
- Support key accounts with their orders, as required
- Advise and guide customers on their printing requirements and suitable products
- Grow the average spend and frequency of top customers, by cross-selling other
- products in Gogoprint’s large portfolio
- Maintain clean information in Gogoprint’s CRM and ERP systems

Closing
- Handle inbound leads from business customers
- Identify their requirements and offer suitable products/solutions
- Onboard new leads/customers by presenting Gogoprint, its products and key selling points

**Job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-3 years experience in sales (we offer product trainings)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills, pleasant personality, service-minded, responsible, results-oriented, disciplined
- Excellent English - both verbal and written communications
