Procurement role (60%)
- To secure deliveries just in time.
- Monitoring deliveries from Vendors to DC based on orders placed by BA (Business Area). Active follow-up and putting Shipping notification into the SAP
- Monitoring delivery performance KPIs and contributing related corrective actions and development projects
- Supply portal management toward supplier and Supply planner
- SAP PO stamp transaction monitoring (ZA, ZB, LA, GR)
- Shipment monitor update
- Buyer Consolidation / Container optimization shipment lead
- Service Level KPI update and reporting (OTD, LTHB, Container

Administration role (25%)
- General office admin tasks
- MRO purchasing
- Support Sourcing Engineer for sample handling for BA, PTD and 3rd party lab (Packing, Courier arrangement, Post service arrangement)
- Cost commodity tracker update and reporting

Customer service role (15%)
- Support as online Customer service for Bespoke project (Royal Copenhagen)
