**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- **Meeting Coordination**
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure necessary materials and resources are prepared for meetings and events.
- **Project Management**
- Assist in managing special projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure tasks are executed efficiently.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Travel and Expense Management**
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Process expense reports and reconcile financial transactions.
**Qualification**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a senior executive support role, preferably in a global organization.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Fluency in English**: Essential for effective communication with global teams and stakeholders.
- **Global Mindset**: Experience working in or supporting international teams is a strong advantage.
