**What’s this about?**

Atiom is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time Administration and Accounting Assistant to join our growing team in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Administration and Accounting Assistant will play an important role in supporting administrative operations and financial activities.

The position is new and is currently needed as a part-time one, but could quickly become full-time for the right person.

Due to the nature of the responsibilities, the position is only open to Thai nationals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.

2. Accounting Assistance:

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as required.

3. Record Keeping and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, contracts, and other important documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls.

4. General Support:

- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and other team members as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Managing Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in Thai administrative support and/or accounting roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides), or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are crucial when handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English.
