**Job Description** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with all related Departments and people to drive continuous process improvements
- Support new business initiatives, process changes and projects.
- Review and analyze existing work processes and eliminate manual interventions by introducing technology to improve efficiency.
- Create and lead new project implementations leading to Cost savings and improved efficiency.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.Monitor and ensure that Customer Deadlines and Requirements are met.
- Execute critical/adhoc tasks as assigned by superiors

**Qualifications** REQUIRED**:

- At least 5 years extensive experience in Order Fulfilment, Warehouse Management and International Shipments.
- Independent and able to travel.

**SKILL**:

- IT Literacy: Oracle, SAP, Stamp, Excel, Word
- Fluency in Oral and written English and Chinese Language
- Flexibility to change and continuous learning
- Logical and systematic approach to work.
- Ability to solve problems, think laterally, and offer creative solutions.
