**Job Description** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To manage OTM system.
- Analytical ability system to find out the correct result and fix issue with IT.
- Follow up with appointed freight forwarding to follow on OTM planning.
- Analyze OTM report and follow up the missing milestone/Event from appointed freight forwarding.
- Analytical ability to do proactive decision / planning to ensure shipment On Time delivery.
- Highlight any delivery issues that impacting shipment On Time Performance.
- Works on assignments and special projects relating to Control Tower and Transportation activities as assigned.

**Qualifications** REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics supply chain or related field.

**PREFERRED**:

- Basic attributes include a self-starting individual with high motivation and work ethic.
- Must be multi-task oriented and flexible to assist in a variety of tasks and relate easily with all levels of personnel and customers.
- Collaborate effectively.

**SKILLS**:

- Computer literate.
- Strong listening, communication, English skills to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication.
