In this role, you will be responsible for handling all operational procedures related to export and import shipments in both sea and air transport. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling all operational procedures related to export and import shipments in both sea and air transport. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations.
- Handle operational procedures for export and import shipments in sea and air transport, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Work closely with shipping lines to obtain the best possible pricing and negotiate rates with overseas agents in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to customer and overseas queries, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
- Communicate effectively with customers and agents, ensuring that all requests and concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
- Book vessel space with shipping lines, ensuring that cargo is loaded onto scheduled vessels as planned.
- Collaborate with direct shippers to ensure cargo readiness and timely shipment according to agreed rates.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, delivery orders, etc., and deliver them to the relevant personnel.
- Coordinate efficiently with various departments, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to ensure smooth and effective workflow.
- Issue pre-advises to customers in a timely manner and promptly return documents to customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cost and charge structures to ensure competitive rates and pricing.
- Verify billing and invoicing from customers and vendors, following established credit policies to avoid outstanding balances.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) established for each specific customer.

**Experience requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the sea freight industry.
- In-depth knowledge of export and import procedures, regulations, and documentation related to sea and air transport.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation and managing shipments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in any field, Logistics management or international Business is adventage.
