Sales Executive, Advertisements

Our Strategic Sales team is responsible for delivering on programs and processes that drive growth in our segment of advertisers. As a Strategic Sales Specialist you will support innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption.
**Responsibilities**
- **Onboarding new advertisers**:
- Welcome and guide new advertisers through the program enrollment process.
- Help them understand the program benefits and features.
- Support them in setting up their accounts and ensure they are familiar with the platform.
- **Providing ongoing support**:
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Respond to advertiser inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
- Proactively offer guidance and best practices to optimize their ad campaigns.
- Stay up to date on program updates and communicate them effectively to advertisers.
- **Driving program adoption**:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing advertisers.
- Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
- Create and curate educational resources to help advertisers maximize their program experience.
- Analyze program data and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- **Building relationships**:
- Develop strong relationships with advertisers based on trust and mutual respect.
- Be a trusted advisor and advocate for their success within the program.
- Proactively identify their needs and provide customized solutions.
- **Staying informed**:
- Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in online advertising.
- Participate in internal training and development opportunities.
- Share your knowledge and expertise with the team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum Qualifications/Skills**:
- Expertise in social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of self-serve platforms and digital advertising buying.
- Sales or account management experience with small businesses.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Passion for social media/entertainment marketing.
- **Preferred Qualifications/Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or marketing.
- Relevant years of marketing or advertising experience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinking and strategizing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player and collaborator.
- Proficient in English and KHMER.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ฿36,000.00 - ฿45,000.00 per month
