**Responsibilities**:

- Oversight of technicians' efficiency, including the generation of periodic reports.
- Facilitation of communication between Aftersales Manager and technicians, as well as other service staff.
- Assistance in the formulation of daily work plans and subsequent communication to technicians.
- Primary point of contact for Challenge-related matters, such as parts acquisition and programming.
- Support for technicians participating in the Challenge program, ensuring organized arrangements for accommodation, travel, and sustenance.
- Compilation of quarterly reports detailing technicians' personal tools.
- Preparation and submission of comprehensive Aftersales reports.
- Analysis of clocking reports for performance evaluation.
- Collaboration in communication with the factory, as needed.
- Contribution to the establishment and expansion of a market for service work under the guidance of the Aftersales Manager.
- Guidance to service advisors on effective communication with customers regarding necessary repair services and cost estimates.
- Assistance in handling challenging customer complaints related to service and repair work.
- Oversight of the condition and safety of service tools and vehicles.
- Responsibility for the safety of service technicians and the maintenance of a secure working environment in the workshop area, with prompt reporting of all accidents to Human Resources.
- Development of service advertising and promotion programs.
- Collaboration with the Parts Manager to ensure an adequate supply of parts for the service department inventory.
- Act as a liaison between Parts, Office, Sales, and Management.
- Review and approval of service department purchase orders.
- Ensuring proper job ticketing procedures.
- Oversight of cleanliness in the shop area.
- Initiation and development of service advertising and promotion programs.

**Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales business.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Able to travel oversea
