**Service Delivery Coordinator (Chemicals)**

Our Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon and gas production, transportation, and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, scale, wax, souring and bacteria. We provide chemicals and support for integrity management, flow assurance, and production optimization, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator (Chemicals), you will be required to sell and service existing customers and grow the revenue stream in your area of responsibility. You will be providing a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems. You will work on a team and be required to adapt to our ever-changing job requirements daily to satisfy our customer requirements.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator (Chemicals), you will be responsible for:

- Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customers
- Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queries
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations group
- Preparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers
- Prospect for new accounts to build the customer base in the area of responsibility
- Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in related field
- Demonstrate good experience (at least 1-2 years of experience) in Upstream Production Chemicals Application or Chemical Industrial Services
- Have an in-depth knowledge of process optimization and production chemistry
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
- Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
- Have the ability to work outside during difficult seasonal weather conditions
