HR & Ga Manager

Our client is a trading medical device company.
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Office Manager to join our fast-growing trading medical device company. They will be responsible for overseeing HR activities, implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and maintaining an efficient office environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinating and conducting new employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Supervising office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Overseeing facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
- Serving as the point of contact for IT-related issues and liaising with IT support providers.
- Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.
- Assisting in developing and implementing workplace policies and procedures.
- Managing employee documentation and ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a medical device or healthcare-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Experience in office administration and facilities management is a plus.
