Associate Analyst, Business Development Launch Graduate Program 2025 - Thailand

The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.

**Job Description**:

- Align to Mastercard business operation model and core business
- Structure and implement the marketing research about payment industry status with insights
- Cross-border business status, including inbound and outbound, face to face and ecommerce
- Conduct gap analysis on Business Development Team’s readiness for developing new business, from relationship and integration with other Mastercard assets
- Propose the action plan to help the team to gear up
- Set up guideline regarding how to identify business opportunities

All about you:

- Expected graduation Nov/Dec 2024 to July 2025
- Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome to apply)
- You possess the right to work in Thailand, and do not require work visa sponsorship

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience and Skills needed:

- Well-rounded individual with significant extracurricular involvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work on a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

- English required
- Local office language (Thai)
