**Company Description**:
At FutureSkill, we are at the forefront of EdTech, focusing on developing individuals with the skills in high demand in today's job market. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our vibrant sales team. This position is ideal for newcomers to the sales field, particularly those who can demonstrate a passion for sales and some sales skills or experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct both outbound and inbound sales outreach ("Allbound" SDR), using various online and offline methods to engage potential leads.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on their potential fit with our services and hand off qualified leads to the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Efficiently manage and process a large volume of leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
- Track and report on KPIs, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue attribution.
- Stay current on our product offerings and market conditions to improve the quality of sales conversations.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated passion for sales, with some experience or skills in the field (even part-time experience is a plus).
- Prior experience with cold-calling or LinkedIn lead scouting is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of leads and multitask effectively.
- Proactive, positive mindset and a desire to meet and exceed objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other teams.
- Eagerness to learn about and stay updated on FutureSkill's offerings and industry trends.
